We are honoured to welcome Steven Blockmans, principal author of the CEPS/Charge study, who will present the key findings and outline how Europe can move from fragmented defence efforts towards a truly integrated approach.

Following his presentation, Teun Janssen, policymaker for Volt in the European Parliament on defence and security, will share the latest developments from Brussels—bridging the study with real-world policymaking.

The evening will conclude with an interactive discussion on:

• the political and industrial steps needed for a common defence policy,

• the role of Brussels in driving or delaying integration,

• the practical challenges of making it a reality.
