To support the social inclusion of highly skilled workers and their families, we propose to provide language courses, cultural orientation programmes, mentoring schemes and civic initiatives. We will also encourage greater dialogue and cooperation between migrants and host communities.

The 5 Challenges are basically the same for every country, but their implementation can be adapted on the national level to take into account local realities.
