  • Create regular and safe ways to address the current unmet demand in low and medium-wage sectors. This includes new channels such as job-seeker and vocational-training visas, job-seeking visas, and youth mobility schemes, accessible to all migrant workers.

  • Speed up visa processes to last a maximum of 3 months.
