Develop capital markets and strengthen corporate governance standards

  • Develop our capital markets for both debt and equity financing and saving, especially for SMEs and facilitate the use of alternative methods of raising capital, such as crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending.

  • Strengthen corporate governance standards to reduce the risk of mismanagement, fraud, and excessive speculation, through a fair tax system.

  • Raise capital requirements for banks to avoid the need for excessive taxpayer subsidies to banks.
