  • Focus on the strategic autonomy of the EU by strengthening our supply chains and subsidising the reshoring of critical goods and inputs.

  • Extend and strengthen programmes that provide support for Small and Medium-sized enterprises, such as InvestEU, especially those showing innovative business models and providing critical goods.
