Volt Legal Team

The legal team's main objective is to provide advise on all things governance and legal applications. Its main objectives include:

• Enhancing cooperation and exchange of ideas between legal teams of the national chapters

• Formal check on meeting the requirements of new applicant chapters

• Ad hoc answering legal questions (e.g. on non-disclosure agreements, labour contracts, privacy, data protection)

• Advising and redrafting the Statutes and Internal Regulations of Volt Europa, advising on governance issues (including checks and balances), formal procedures to alter the statutes
