Guarantee equal opportunities

  • Guarantee equal access to workplace opportunities without discrimination and sanction companies that do not comply with inclusive employment.

  • Introduce an EU anti-discrimination law that extends the existing protection in the area of employment to other areas such as social security, education and the supply of goods and services, including housing.

  • Push for the ratification of the Istanbul Convention by the remaining Member States and its full implementation by the EU and all Member States.

The 5+1 Challenges

Volt has defined 5+1 fundamental Challenges that need to be tackled in each European country and in Europe as a whole.

Why 5 + 1 Challenges?

The 5 Challenges are basically the same for every country, but their implementation can be adapted on the national level to take into account local realities.
