Council Person in Amsterdam
Juliet stands for new politics, where cooperation and solutions are central. With her fresh perspective and diverse experience, she contributes to fair and progressive policies in the city council.
Juliet was involved in Volt from an early stage. In 2019, she was a candidate in the European elections. Now group chair of Volt Amsterdam, she wants to involve residents in politics in their street, neighbourhood and city. Juliet also stands for a fairer housing market and more transparency about the political process.
Besides her work as a councillor, Juliet is currently committed as a freelancer for a start-up working on the development of VR rehabilitation for people with non-congenital brain injuries. This puts her in contact with Amsterdam residents in different environments, whether in the hospitality industry, at a startup or with the police.
