“If you know how to make people pause, click, and care, this could be your next role.”
Volt Europa is looking for a Digital Communications Assistant to help shape smart, social-first content across our channels. We’re a pan-European movement working to change politics, empower people, and build a more connected Europe. That means fast-moving work, lots of variety, and plenty of room to make ideas visible.
Volt wants to change politics, empower people, and create a Europe that can act for everyone. We believe that only Europeans who act together can solve our shared challenges. A European movement with over 300 elected officials across nine countries, Volt Europa is a growing force on the political landscape.
Apply by October 14.
Why does this role matter?
Volt has the ambition to become the leading political force on the local, national, and European level – but to do so, we need to get our message out there. This role will be at the creative forefront of achieving this ambition.

2. Co-Presidents’ Social Media Strategy & Growth, as well as helping communities and chapters. (50%)
Help build and grow the Co-Presidents’ online presence, turning their ideas and priorities into content that feels timely, relevant, and worth stopping for.
Turn key messages into posts that are sharp, clear, and tailored to the right platform and audience.
Keep an eye on engagement, conversations, and platform trends to spot what’s landing, what’s shifting, and where there’s room to grow reach and connection.

Experience in content creation, video production, and editing.
Strong design skills and familiarity with software such as Canva, CapCut and Edits. Knowing how to use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is not necessary, but a plus.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and accessible copy in English.
