How does MICom contribute to society? 

MICom contributes to society by working towards realistic migration and integration policies that respect human rights and strengthen social integration. The Community supports Volt members from local municipalities to develop proposals on asylum systems, legal migration pathways, integration policies, and anti-discrimination measures. In addition, the Community engages with local Volt members by organizing events on the topic of migration and integration. Through its working groups, the Community Members develop policies and activities to innovate and support fair, humane, and effective migration policies in Europe.
