  • Do you have what it takes to lead a team to greatness?

You are invited to apply! It does not matter where you are from, which gender you identify with, whether you have a disability, who you love, what you believe in. We believe the power of diversity achieves better results for our society at large. We can only be the inclusive political movement we aspire to be, if we represent different voices and perspectives in our society.

Do you want to contribute to Europe's future?

Volt stands for a united and federal Europe, where everyone has equal opportunities to fulfil their unique potential. We strive to achieve the highest human, environmental, social, and technological development together. We are a pan-European political movement with almost 200 elected representatives across Europe and thousands of members and volunteers.

  • Supporting the setting up of integrity bodies in national chapters;

  • Leading and/or supporting the recruitment processes of members for the European Integrity Bodies;

  • Promoting the European (and where/when applicable, national) Integrity Bodies to Volt Europa’s membership;

  • Promoting the Integrity Syllabus to Volt Europa’s membership;

  • Supporting processes to update the Integrity Syllabus (such as the current project to update the European Code of Conduct);

  • Anonymised feedback sessions with members about Volt Europa’s integrity system;

  • Organising quarterly “Integrity Days”, which encourage members to reflect on their role in integrity at Volt Europa.

As a co-lead, you will lead the other team members and support them in achieving these goals and responsibilities.
