WRomCom is Volt’s Women’s Rights Community, uniting members who are committed to advancing women’s rights and gender equality across Europe. The Community is open to people of all genders and backgrounds who want to contribute to a more just, inclusive, and equal society. The Community brings together activists, experts, and volunteers to shape Volt’s policy work on women’s rights and gender inclusivity.

How does WRomCom contribute to society?
WRomCom contributes to society by developing and promoting policies that protect and strengthen women’s rights, while advancing gender equality and inclusivity in all areas of life. The Community focuses on issues such as bodily autonomy, protection from gender-based violence, equal pay, access to healthcare, and political representation. Through collaboration, intersectional perspectives and evidence-based policy development, WRomCom supports a Europe where women and gender-diverse people can live safely, freely, and equally.
