The Traineeship
Volt Europa is seeking a motivated and organised HR Intern to support the daily operations and internal processes of its Human Resources team. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to people management, team coordination, and organisational development across a multinational volunteer-driven environment.
This position is part-time, fully remote, and unpaid. It is particularly suited to students or early-career professionals seeking practical experience in human resources and internal operations.
What you’ll do?
The specific responsibilities of the HR Intern will be determined based on team priorities and the intern’s interests. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Assisting with full cycle recruiting.
Maintaining and updating HR records, databases, and organisational tools.
Supporting internal communication between the HR team and other teams.
Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up on team tasks.
This traineeship also offers opportunities for learning and development across different HR functions.

Must-haves
Passion for Volt’s values and mission
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other European language is a plus.
Self-organisation and motivation - this is a remote internship, so initiative is key
Comfortable working in an international, digital environment.
Nice-to-haves
Interest in HR, organisational development, team dynamics, or people operations.
Experience within remote environments and digital tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite).
People oriented, curious and proactive.
