We strive to achieve the highest human, environmental, social, and technological development together. We are a pan-European political movement with 200 elected representatives across Europe, including 5 members of the European Parliament, over 30,000 members and hundreds of volunteers who work hard to make our vision a reality.

Volt is an inclusive movement that wants to provide space for everyone to thrive. We believe the power of diversity achieves better results for our society at large. Research shows that (oftentimes) female candidates only apply when they meet 100% of the requirements, while male candidates do so when they meet just 60%. We explicitly encourage everyone to apply: you don’t have to tick every box to apply. We also consider your potential and motivation!

Suitable candidates:

  • Support and actively promote Volt's values;

  • Are independent and impartial;

  • Have integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;

  • Are able to listen actively and without judgement, can ask follow-up questions in a respectful manner;

  • Have awareness of and sensitivity to the multicultural and diverse environment in which Volt Europa operates;

  • Have sufficient English proficiency;

  • Potentially have a legal background and/or knowledge of ethics and/or experience in conducting research and writing research papers (not required, but advised).

As an Integrity Commissioner, it is imperative that you are free of conflict of interest so that you can exercise your role independently and impartially. In order to avoid potential conflicts of interest, this position can therefore not be combined with leadership positions in the organisation.
