About the position
We are looking for a talented female/diverse communications co-lead to join our team! Do you have a vision for promoting progressive, pro-European values across diverse platforms? Are you passionate about creating social media content, writing newsletters and managing a team for internal communication? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as Communications Co-Lead for Volt Europa!

You will (together with your co-lead)
Manage and lead a diverse team of volunteers and interns.
Write content across relevant platforms and channels, specifically our website and newsletter.
Manage internal communications on our platform.
Help us improve our social media and marketing strategy and our SEO.
You are
Experience in the field of communications, marketing, management (whether through studies or practical).
Familiar with copywriting, social media tools, advertising.
A born multi-tasker and leader who knows how to manage online communities.
Proficient in English (C1 minimum).
You have
A hands-on, pro-active mindset with an eagerness to create structure & organise
A deep interest for European politics
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Flexibility and are comfortable to work in an online environment
A good eye for detail: you’d never miss a typo!

This is an unpaid position and voluntary position. Volunteers are required to commit 2-5 hours per week and join a team of 10+ passionate volunteers already working in the Comms Team!
