Terms of Use

The use of the Chatbot is free of charge to its human user i.e. the person using the Chatbot (“the user”).

All servers used to operate the Chatbot are located in the European Union.

USES:

1. The Chatbot provides computer generated information in relation to enquiries made by the user via user input and the underlying algorithm. The enquiries may cover a variety of topics or subject matter.

2. The use of the Chatbot requires input by the user and confirmation via a button.

3. The functionality of the Chatbot cannot be guaranteed.

4. The offer by VOLT EUROPA to the user to draw on the Chatbot is non-binding. The user guarantees to VOLT EUROPA to use the Chatbot properly and according to law.

1. VOLT EUROPA cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. The Chatbot sets out to supply neutral and non-partisan data, where possible with a reference to the policy proposals of Volt. The Chatbot information is not moderated or checked and is no substitute for prudent verification by the user of the facts it supplies, where at all possible. The information supplied by the Chatbot is non-binding and VOLT EUROPA cannot be held liable in a court of law for the accuracy of the information the Chatbot provides. Any information not provided by the Chatbot does not mean that VOLT EUROPA does not have a position on the topic.

5. VOLT EUROPA or any of its members cannot be held liable for the use of the service of the Chatbot or the results of the service.

GOVERNING LAW:

Belgian Law applies to the use of the Chatbot. The Belgian Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes which may arise in relation to or following from the use of the Chatbot.
