Mediation Team Member
The Mediation Team of Volt Europa offers a structured process for the handling of disputes, in which one or more parties voluntarily attempt to reach an agreement on the settlement of their dispute with the assistance of a mediator. This body is essential to the resolution of disputes between (groups of) members. Unlike the Integrity Commission which receives reports of undesired behaviour and investigates and advises the board on actions, the Mediation team functions to find common grounds between parties that have an interest in resolving their disputes.
