The Volt Academy EUR Coordination Team has an important role in getting our candidates ready for the European elections. We also expect to grow and integrate the training efforts at European and national level, helping our community and leaders professionalise through targeted in person initiatives and e-learning modules.

What will you do?

As  Volt Academy EUR Coordination Team Member you will:

  • be responsible for supporting and growing the Volt Academy training offer for Volt European Parliament candidates, Elected officials, team leaders and members across Europe 

  • network with the national chapters and academies/training teams so that they can deliver a cohesive training offer across the Party

  • coordinate and develop an expert pool that connects Volters and external EU experts with 1) Academy training programs and 2) other expertise needs of functional teams in Volt, enabling them to share their valuable expertise and help Volt professionalise 

  • be responsible for coordinating training and workshops for all Volt candidates, leaders, and members/volunteers


What skills do you need to excel in this role?


Essential skills:

  • English language fluency (written and spoken)

  • High level management and organisational skills

  • Project Management

  • Good networker and motivator of volunteers

  • Experience with adult learning and development 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with online, peer-to-peer and self-paced learning systems

  • Experience with co-creation processes of training content

  • High attention to details 

  • Can do attitude

  • Conflict management and/or coaching skills
