Volunteer Opportunity: Meet Volt Europa Team Member (f/m/d)
Volt Europa is a political start-up movement building a progressive, federal Europe. The Meet Volt Europa team is the face of our European community for curious citizens and new members. As a vital part of our onboarding, your role is to welcome newcomers, guide them through Volt's policies and organizational structure, and help them find the right team to channel their energy.
What will you do?
Host & Present: Co-present our "Meet Volt Europa" sessions, which typically run on evenings of the 22nd of each month, introducing attendees to the pan-European movement.
Guide & Inspire: Communicate clearly with prospective volunteers and present the various opportunities to become active within Volt.
Onboarding & Support: Help individuals understand where they fit best based on their interests and skills.
Facilitate Conversations: Moderate Q&A sessions and interactive community discussions.
What skills do you need to excel in this role?

Good Communication & Online-Presentation Skills in English:
You can captivate an audience, convey information simply, and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment.
Basic Knowledge About Volt: You are familiar with—or highly motivated to learn—Volt’s core values, vision, and pan-European policies.
Technical Competence: You are comfortable navigating, presenting, and managing meetings on Google Meet and communicating internally via Haiilo.
Moderation Experience (Plus): Previous experience moderating (online-)debates or panel discussions.
