We are looking for moderators for Workplace to ensure a respectful and open atmosphere on Volt's internal platforms. The moderators help to offer a positive and safe digital experience for all of our members and create a community where members can be enriched and learn from each other.

The vision of the EUR Community Team is „to build a European society of dignity, equality and fairness by guiding our community members to yearn to fulfil their vast potential and contribute it towards our shared future.“  The task of the EUR community team is to connect our members across Europe and inspire them to work on our shared future together. One of our tasks to make this possible is to empower local community teams to learn from each other by harmonising our approaches, sharing best-practices across Europe and teaching new community leads to understand and become more effective in their roles.

The Champion european onboarding is responsible to build and sustain the Volt spirit and culture to our new members. The european onboarding is a parallel activity to the local onboarding with the benefit of connecting new people around Europe and integrate them in relevant communities.
